One Hyde Park

One Hyde Park is a luxury residential development comprising 82 apartments and four penthouses, located on a prominent site in Knightsbridge. Since its completion in 2011, it has become internationally recognised as a global benchmark for ultra-high-net-worth living.

Working closely with Candy & Candy, Ross Kerr led the Interior Architect team from concept through to completion, overseeing the design of the apartment fit-outs as well as the residents’ leisure facilities; including a spa in the basement and a reception and management suite on the ground floor.

Under a separate appointment Ross also led the fit-out of Penthouse A at One Hyde Park, a 2,300sq m triplex apartment. Again, working alongside Candy & Candy and an international team of artisans and designers, the penthouse was completed to an extraordinary level of artistry, detail and innovation.
